The boxes arrived in perfect condition, just one thing realted to another review. The 4 boxes arrived in a plastic bag, therefore could have been broken, after reading another review I asked the delivery man could i check them before i sign for them, he said "no, because that is our delivery companies policy, they should have been sent in a box." Fortunately they were fine.
JB COMMENT - Very ocassionally damage may occur whether your boxes are wrapped in plastic or corrugated. The correct procedure if you discover you have broken boxes is to let us know so we can resend any damaged product. Good service but one of the box lids has a crack in it

The service was good and the boxes loked ok to me. The only downside was that one of the box lids had a crack right through the polystyrene across 60% of the length of the lid.
JB Packaging’s Comment: All our boxes are checked prior to dispatch but unfortunately damage occasionally occurs during transit. Please let us know as soon as possible if a delivery arrives damaged and depending on the circumstances we can normally send you a replacement free of charge with your next delivery or refund you for the damaged item. Please provide a picture showing the damage if possible. Make sure you check the delivery before signing for it, if you do spot a breakage sign the courier’s documentation accordingly to state the goods arrived damaged.
