JB Packaging has a range of vehicles on hand for local and national deliveries big or small. No minimum order is required as low volume orders can be despatched on a 1 or 2 working day service. ALL OUR DELIVERY DATES ARE CALCULATED IN WORKING DAYS Delivery Times We offer a standard UK delivery time of 1-2 working days, where an order is placed with us before 11:30AM it is dispatched same day. All orders received after 11:30AM will be dispatched on the next week day. Regretably some couriers may take up to 5 days for delivery or longer during adverse weather conditions. Polystyrene Box: Parcel Orders Orders placed before 11:30AM will usually be received the following day, but please allow up to 2 working days for delivery. Polystyrene Box: Pallet Orders Pallet orders have a standard UK delivery time of 2 working days with the same cut-off time of 11:30AM. If you require 24hr delivery this can be selected as your delivery method with an additional charge of £10.00 exc VAT. Foam Liners These are despatched from a different location and have a slightly longer delivery time of 10 working days as they are made to order. Orders for Collection If you're local to JB Packaging you're very welcome to collect you own order or if you would like to organise your own courier to collect your order from us you can do so by selecting the 'Order for Collection' delivery method. This will zero the cost of delivery and allow you to proceed through checkout with no delivery charge. If you select this option, orders will be ready for collection on the next working day. Please notify us of your collection day via phone or email quoting your order number. Delivery Information In order to keep delivery and packing costs down, polystyrene boxes are packed inside large plastic bags and then wrapped securely with fragile tape. This is usually more than sufficient to ensure that your order arrives with you in excellent condition, however if you do receive a parcel which has been damaged in transit please write ‘Damaged in Transit’ clearly on the couriers delivery note. Please note: If ordering more than one type of product, these may be shipped from different locations and as such may not arrive at the same time. Please note that when several items are ordered they may not all be delivered at the same time. Ordering and Delivery We are currently only able to deliver to UK mainland addresses.
All orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with your invoice attached. Prices displayed on the website are valid at the date of order.
