Ice Packs

We stock both Hydrated and Non Hydrated ice packs:

Non Hydrated packs require soaking before they can be frozen.
Hydrated ice packs are pre-filled with purified water that has gone through a 6 stage filtration process and UV sterilisation these packs can go straight into the freezer.
Our expanded range of ice now also includes a gel and super freeze alternative.

Our ice packs are designed to support chilled and frozen deliveries across food, pharmaceutical and temperature-controlled packaging applications. Available in both hydrated and non-hydrated formats, these cooling packs help maintain stable temperatures during storage and transit for meal kits, seafood, fresh produce and other temperature-sensitive goods.

Ice Packs for Temperature-Controlled Packaging

Reliable temperature control is essential when transporting chilled and frozen products through courier networks, local delivery routes and cold-chain logistics systems. Ice packs help maintain stable temperatures during transit, supporting safer transportation of seafood, meat, meal kits, pharmaceuticals and fresh produce.

Our range includes both hydrated and non-hydrated ice packs depending on operational requirements and storage preferences. Hydrated ice packs arrive pre-filled and ready for freezing, while non-hydrated formats reduce storage space before activation and are commonly used for larger-scale packing operations.

These cooling packs are widely used alongside insulated packaging to improve chilled duration and support consistent thermal performance throughout the delivery process.

Cooling Packs for Food, Seafood & Pharmaceutical Deliveries

Different products require different levels of temperature protection during transport. Ice packs are commonly used within food distribution, seafood shipping, catering deliveries and pharmaceutical packaging where maintaining chilled conditions is critical to product integrity.

Combined with insulated boxes, cooling packs help extend chilled durations during transport and reduce temperature fluctuation across delivery routes. This is particularly important for frozen food deliveries, meal prep services and temperature-sensitive products moving through parcel networks.

For reusable cold-chain systems and repeat delivery operations, ice packs can also be paired with Reusable Loopra Boxes to support more durable temperature-controlled packaging setups.

Reliable Cold Chain Accessories for Commercial Use

Alongside insulated boxes and temperature-controlled packaging, ice packs remain one of the most important components within practical cold-chain distribution systems. Choosing the correct cooling medium can help businesses improve product protection, reduce spoilage risk and support more consistent delivery performance across chilled and frozen shipments.

JB Packaging supplies ice packs designed for commercial use across foodservice, ecommerce fulfilment, catering and medical distribution environments.
