We bought these boxes to keep our artists paints, inks etc. cool in our workshop. It gets full sun and very hot.
The box successfully keeps them cool when inside temperature is 25+ degrees.

The boxes were ok but I thought the external cardboard was a bit thin. My boxes were tightly packed into the delivery box and could not be pulled out. I had to rip the delivery box open and in the process also ripped one of my poly boxes. Also it would be useful to have some kind of finger hole / grip / handle on the lid of the polystyrene component to make it easier to open without damaging the outer cardboard component.

Good morning,
I have no problem with the product it is good and functional, my problem was to convince your operative to dispatch the parcels for a Saturday morning dispatch after I was unable to clear money for a debit card dispatch on Thursday.
This is apparently due to the contract limitations with your parcel carrier. I had to insist most strongly to get her to arrange at my extra cost a Saturday delivery. This was however on schedule and time. Your customers need to be offered more flexibility with dispatch and arrival timing.
